All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner. Depending on if you chose the free shipping method, it may take an additional 5-7 days for you to receive it in the mail depending on your state. However, if you chose express, it may be 2-3 business days. International shipping may take 7-20 business days.

If you place your order after 5pm on a Friday, it will be processed and shipped that Monday. 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us by email ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for incorrectly entering information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If any shipments are returned, denied or refused and sent back to us, you will be held responsible for the additional shipping charges.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON

Customers will be responsible for return shipping as we do offer free shipping to you. Do not send anything back to the warehouse without contacting us and getting confirmation or you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. 

IF IT SAYS YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND YOU DO NOT HAVE IT

Please contact your mail carrier immediately and file a claim. Underrated Boss LLC is not responsible for ANY lost/stolen packages, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using your tracking number. Again, please double check your address before submitting your order. If it says your packaged has been delivered, we are not responsible for any misplacements.
